Personality = Personal Reality

Our perception of the world we live in is created entirely by us through our experiences as far back as in the womb, and all through life, including inherited beliefs. Those experiences create beliefs. Is the world safe or scary? Is the world abundant or is there scarcity?

Every single person will have a different perception of reality because we each create our own. If we believe there is not enough in this world (enough food, enough resources, enough money) than we will live in constant fear of lack and act from that fear which will bring more loss, lack, and uncertainty.

If we have been criticised as children, by our employers, partners, or friends, we will strive for perfection, never quite feeling that we are enough. Our thoughts and words create our environment.

“I am stupid”

“I only have to look at a piece of cake and I put on 2 kilos”

“You are driving me insane”

“I would rather die than…”

“I am sick and tired of…”

“You will be the death of me”

and so on.

We speak these words every day without realising that we are creating exactly the outcome of those words. We are creating our scarcity, our sicknesses, our broken marriages. Granted, other factors come into play but that is not an excuse. You have great power at the tip of your tongue.

Michelle Foulia, author, speaker, teacher

Our brains cannot distinguish reality from imagination so what you speak, is the instruction your mind receives and acts on.

It really is that simple and that complex at the same time.

I have had a fascination about the power of words, and gone down some pretty deep rabbit holes learning about their meanings, their etymology and the reason for their invention. Step by step just through paying attention to my words and thoughts, I have transformed my life, and have been healing my body from CPTSD, and Fibromyalgia. My story has been one of desperate repeated loss in every area of my life. Financial, family, marriage, children, and business. Loss upon loss from the age of 5 onwards. I followed the pattern I learned and grew up with which resulted in more loss until I learned the secret.

The power of words.

Years of research, learning, training in various modalities such as clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, life coaching, bibliotherapy, and therapeutic writing have helped me to understand the power of the mind.

Parallel to my professional studies, I have delved deeply into the study of consciousness, and spirituality, studying ancient scriptures and texts which teach us about the power of the mind. My favourite scripture from the Bible is in Romans 12,2 and states

“Do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is. His good, pleasing, and perfect will” (NIV)

Whether you are religious or not, whether you believe in God or the power of the Universe, the fact remains that there are laws at work which influence every thing we do. Everything carries vibration and is made of energy. Words carry vibration and whether we think them, visualise them in images or speak them out loud, they have power.

There is no magic here. We have just been conditioned and programmed to focus only on the material world in what we see, hear and touch, completely disregarding that we live in a quantum universe and have the power to heal and create our own reality. In turn we have become disempowered and loyal consumers, slaves to a system that moneytises us.

I believe that I have discovered my mission here, in this life, my calling, my purpose. Whatever title we give it, I know that my insatiable obsession with the power of words is a gift meant to be passed on, to remind you of who you are and the power you hold for free! You just need to learn how to use it.

Tapping into the power of the words I speak, and write, has transformed every area of my life and brought deep healing to my soul. Being highly intuitive, and neurodivergent, I ‘see’ words in pictures and ‘feel’ their energy through my senses, touch, taste, hearing, intuition, and smell.

I use my knowledge, experiences and passion for the power of words to teach others how to heal and prosper through various methods. Therapeutic Writing, Bibliotherapy, workshops, retreats and talks.

You can join my book club (not your usual book club here), purchase my books or journals (journals are literally being created as I type this and will be available very soon), participate at my workshops, or invite me to speak at your event.

Poppy’s Miracle

Ten-year-old Alex doesn’t want to go on holiday to Greece with his family.

The only advantage is being far away from Jason, who bullies him for having ADHD. What Alex doesn’t realise is that this holiday will change his life forever when he meets a stray, abandoned puppy. When the puppy is injured, Alex is determined to care for her and take her back home to England.

Can Alex and his family overcome the mountain of challenges to reach his dream? And can he prove to his family that ADHD is a gift, not a disorder?

Will determination be enough…
