Hiraeth
A Homecoming for the Soul
A soul-deep longing for the sacred home you remember but cannot name.
A homesickness for divine presence, for the garden of the heart, for God.
A journey through the senses to return to the One who never left.
Hiraeth is a Welsh word that speaks of a deep, unnameable longing for home—not just a place, but a state of being. It is the ache we feel for the Divine, for the sacred, for the eternal presence we came from and are being drawn back toward. It is the memory of walking in Eden, the whisper of God’s voice in the stillness, the yearning of the soul to be seen, known, and restored.
Hiraeth: A Homecoming of the Soul is a sacred practice for those who are seeking to return to God, to themselves, to peace, to truth. Through book reading, Scripture, movement, prayer, writing and the senses, we open ourselves to divine encounter. We walk, read, taste, touch, see, and listen with holy intention.

🤲 Participation & Donation
Hiraeth is donation-based. No one will ever be turned away for lack of funds.
We gather because souls long for home, not because we must charge to belong.
“They remembered Zion. They wept for home. They longed for the presence of the Lord, for the land of their belonging, for the garden they once walked in unashamed.”
Inspired by Psalm 137
